Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging, including all tags and accessories if applicable.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
  • Intimate, sanitary goods (e.g., underwear, swimwear) or cosmetics for hygiene reasons.
  • Custom or personalized items.

Return Process

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your bank; there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at infopetskinspray@gmail.com.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing them or before they are shipped. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.
